Your Holiness, Pope Leo XIV:
It is with immense joy that I have received the invitation to present this gift to you on behalf of CEPROME LATINOAMÉRICA.
As a priest and a painter, I learned early on in the seminary that both vocations can coexist—just as the bishop who welcomed me pointed out. Since then, painting has been a source of deeper connection to life and the Sacred Scriptures for me, revealing secrets I might not otherwise have discovered.
The phrase “Lazarus, come out!” resonates in my heart as a reminder of Jesus’s command to overcome our fears. It is He who restores us to life amidst all our deaths through His Love.
